Wow I have no words. Other than I am glad I don't live in Rio. This is video from a police helicopter chasing some "bad guys" in a car. They have a gunner on the chopper and he is just lighting up the street while the car is running down the road about 40 - 45 mph. You can see the splash hits all over the place except for the car. The gunner hits houses and doesn't even stop when there are bystanders around. Crazy stuff! Beware some of the comments...it is youtube...

If you can handle colorful language, some of the comments are pretty funny, but serious as well.
