ok folks, I got an unexpected "present" from one of my distributors for a Springfield Armory XDS 45 pistol (http://xdspistol.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). I'm selling this for $589 (plus the mandatory 7.75% donation to the state of Texas). I prefer to sell to a local customer in the Austin area.

FYI: I won't be posting this to an auction site, etc. for a few days - this is just a special announcement for TexasCHLForum folks only. This is, in my opinion, the most amazing 45ACP CCW pistol I've seen. It is almost identical in size to the 9mm M&P Shield, but packs a bigger punch (at the cost of two fewer rounds with standard mags, but extended mags are available). If you want a highly concealable and reliable 45, this is the one!

My G23 will always be my go to weapon when I can get away with OWB carry. But, when I need to go with IWB deep concealment it's definitely the XDs.

My wife and I drove to Pflugerville fro Abilene today, on our to Austin for a wedding.

Stopped by Old Cannon's place and picked up the XDs. He's a good guy to do business with, and I really like the way this small .45.ACP fits my hand.
