I just received an email from the DPS Regulatory Services Division’s website. and it says this:
We have received your documents and they have been forwarded to our processing department. Please allow 2-3 weeks to be updated by the department
But if you look at my timeline in my signature they have had my documents since the 16th of April , my question is: Do they go by the date on the email sent to me this past weekend? or by the true date of receipt of everything I sent them and they received on the 16th of April?
