First post-Manufacturing Pending

Well, after lurking for a few months and following/learning from the many who have posted about their timelines mine finally went to "background check completed" and "manufacturing pending" sometime between last night and this morning 6/6.
Fortunately, after doing the online application and payment in late March after completing the CHL class, mailing all the paperwork 4/1 the same day I completed the finger printing, I didn't know I could go online and check the status of my application. Found that I could do that about 2 weeks ago here. Glad I didn't know any sooner as the daily check clearly gets pretty frustrating, like watching grass grow in the winter.............it just doesn't
I have been holding off buying a carry weapon until I get my plastic just to make it an easy and quick process.
So, guess from what I understand from you all is that mailing will take place in a day or three and next week I should have it.
Just a matter of deciding on what weapon, but I'm leaning into the LC9 just because all the Rugers I have had and still own always go bang and I like the manual safety which I have on every Ruger pistol I play with.
