Does any one have experience with Ruger AR-15 magazines. (NOT Mini-14) 30 Round Teflon coated stainless steel, tilted followers made by C Products Defense. Ruger has them for 19.99 with free shipping if you order 3 or more. I haven't been able to get to any gun shows to compare prices, but this seems reasonable if they're of the quality I'd expect from Ruger.

Re: Ruger AR-15 Magazines
For stainless mags thats an ok price but why not just get pmags? If you like regular looking gi style mags than those will be nice. A little heavy in my opionion but not a deal breaker. I use ss mags for my hunting mags.

Guns are like parachutes, if your ever in a situation that you need one and you dont have one, you'll probably never need one again.

[quote="ddstuder"]Midway has PMags today. $12.30 each

Thanks, dd. Strange that they didn't come up when I did a Google search, but they had the best price on P-Mags. I usually don't order from Midway due to the extremely high shipping costs I've encountered there. (I ordered some paper targets once and the shipping was 17
bucks!) Anyway shipping for three was under 6 bucks so I pulled the lever. Thanks again. I still may order some from Ruger. I know metal magazines will last forever, time has yet to tell on the longevity of plastic.

Re: Ruger AR-15 Magazines
Ruger is always higher on their mag prices. PSA has them for $100/10 right now.

Thanks. Those are aluminum not stainless, though it's a good price.Carry-a-Kimber wrote:Ruger is always higher on their mag prices. PSA has them for $100/10 right now.
