Nice work indeed. :thumbs2:

I don't see that the criminal left him with much choice in the situation, given the countdown and the threat....

Of course he had a choice: "Shoot" and "No shoot." In this instance, it appears he made the correct (and accurate) choice.

What does this have to do with this situation? What's your point?

Excellent shot. I wonder where he landed the shot though if the BG was holding the child hostage? Headshot maybe? I hope the child is ok and not mentally scarred by all this.

side note: regarding the silly "huge purchases of ammo" comment above, the large purchases of ammo were all for FEDERAL agencies. This is local law, which from what we've all been hearing is actually having problems finding ammo to shoot! Additionally, the large "purchases of ammo" were orders of ammo that has yet to been manufactured yet. They're just purchase orders, orders that have not been filled.

Excellent shots normally take a lot of practice (and therefore a lot of ammo to practice with). :fire

I was trying (obviously unsuccessfully) to be a bit humorous.

I just didn't catch your point since the large ammo requisitions were made by federal agencies and the local LEOs have been having trouble finding ammo too. No big deal.
