Carrying in a bar? Pointing a gun at the police? Not the sharpest tool in the shed. When the civil suit comes against these officers some ambulance chasing attorney will try and say the police "agitated her" with the the OC and taser for no reason.

Carver said officers told the woman to “Put the gun down!,” but the woman did not comply.
The officers tried to disable the woman with a Taser and a pepper-spray gun, but “both were ineffective,” Carver said.
She did not know in what order the non-lethal efforts were used.
The woman then pointed the weapon at the officers, and officers fired, Carver said.
“If it’s a deadly situation and the less lethal tools don’t work, … then we have no other choice,” Carver said.

It seems like that is about 5 shootings in Round Rock in the last 2 or 3 weeks. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but it does seem unusual.

During shooting, bullets may have entered several Round Rock city offices. An office for the mayor and council chambers appeared to be blocked off Monday morning.
Windows outside of those offices were boarded up and surrounded with barricades.
They were close enough to use pepper spray and a Tazer, yet they still missed with several rounds?

No 2 shootings in past couple of weeks with 5 officers involved... 3 in this 2 in the last one I believe. I am curious to know what her BAC will be, if anything.

That doesn't mean they missed... rounds do exit the body.
