Inside job.
Not that I feel sorry for these scummy "cash stores" and paycheck advance places, as long as no innocent person gets hurt.
There was a case like this in Dickinson. The teller at a bank was allegedly in cahoots with the robbers. They made the mistake of bragging about it—which is common with these rocket scientists and brain surgeons.
