I checked my T shirt I didn't find a © on the graphic there is a ® on the shirt label. I would think this is a copyrighted image.

Then as a photographer you know, "when it's created, it's copyrighted."

There are various levels of penalty assessed for copyright infringement, should suit be brought, based on copyright markings, or no copyright markings.

You should contact Ranger Up and request that they make decals.
