Police: Darrell Reynolds made gun gesture in theater, charged with disorderly conduct
Gun fingers need to be banned. We need universal background check before we allow the general public the ability to use and possess gun fingers in public.

Might be a good thing he was arrested, like a form of protective custody. I could see him getting stuffing kicked out of him by the patrons.

And the police facilitate the insanity by arresting school children with scary t-shirts and old men with scary high capacity fingers. I remember the police having more common sense and not catering to the childlike mentality of the perpetually fearful.

I understand the reactions to the finger pistol........but once I had a road rage driver brake check me on I-10 and do the finger pistol thing at the same time. He had seriously tailgated me as I was driving the limit and passing a car, just not as quick as he wanted. I hit my flashers to warn him and he did not like the warning.

Yes this loon doing it might seem silly but from now on I will take it as a serious threat. We all know that someone displayiung a handgun in a threatening manner is a crime, but someone doing the finger pistol can be a threat too. I will call it in.

If I decide to call in all the dumb behavior that I see every day, I'm going to be pretty busy...

respectfully, come on. We had a major massacre in a movie. Some guy starts finger gunning I don't know how I am going to react, but as, at a minimum, my wife and potentially daughter is there, whatever my response is, its not going to be positive for them. :mad5

I remember we grabbed some seats by an exit shortly after the massacre. Someone opened the door for a second and I about leaped out of my seat. I found out later that the wife had grabbed her bag, unzipped it and was ready to shoot with her pistol still in the purse.

I wasn't going to bother looking, but because of what you said I had to. Reminds me of a small little bug eyed dog that thinks he's all that until a real dog calls his bluff.

When the dumb behavior occurs with my wife in the car I will act appropriately. You can let slide whatever you want though it might come back to bite you one day. Choose carefully.

My old dept...

http://justiceweb.co.brazos.tx.us" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - jail search him.

Arrested for PI about a week ago and again in April.

There is a homeless camp by the theater and a uniformed officer works at the theater. Just a guess by me - Seems like a good way to get fed, showered, and some AC...

But I'm sure some will still say the police overreacted and are oppressing his rights or something.

Where are all the real men in this country? We are scared of finger guns and we have to run in a panic? John Wayne would have given him two back and been done with it...what a bunch of cowards we are. We need a law against finger pointing because we are all too weak to deal with it? Pop tart pistols. NRA t-shirts. Women being strip searched on the side of the road. How pathetic we are. All scary people from here on out will be executed because they look scary or have crazy eyes and finger guns.

We deserve what we get because we are morons. Lets make this a good arrest and set a rock solid court case so when our 5 year old kids or 5 year old grandkids make a pistol fist and a noise they will be incarcerated felons forever....we should not discriminate because the law is the law and who are we to pick and choose who pays and who does not?

So pointing your middle finger at someone is free speech, but pointing your index finger at them is a felony ?
