adress to mail to

New guy here. I have 2 different addy's for mailing. One is PO box 4087 78773-0245. The other is PO box 15888 78761-5888? Which one do I use? TIA.........................james
I would say, don't use either, scan them and submit them online if you can.
However, I am pretty sure I used the -0245. If you really want to mail - I used the address on the checklist I printed out.
