Next week I'm driving to Wisconsin from the Houston area to visit family and I've been researching (via Google) what the conceal carry laws for Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin are. However, I'm a little confused with how their CCW laws are written.

My question is; In particular, can I carry concealed (locked and loaded) while driving through those states on the Interstate? I'm good with Texas (obviously), Oklahoma and Kansas.

Does anyone have any input on Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin?

Thanks in advance ...

If you have a Texas resident CHL then you are good in all the three states. Here is the best source for info on carry in other states http://handgunlaw.us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
