It may or may not be the IP address of whomever happens to be looking at the picture. In my case, it is the address of the proxy that I go through. The browser is also just a best guess. I tested it with both Chrome and Safari, and it was right on, and it displayed my operating system accurately. The IP displayed is my IP.
