I can forgive the political leanings and gun banning beliefs when it is backed up by someone who has seriously "been there and done that"...

I totally "get" both of these... but I'm of the opinion that she's earned (understatement) the right to have whatever political view she wants to espouse. I'll be no less gentle in opposing her, but I'm gonna be quiet when she's having her turn.

She didn't even mention her legs, except to talk about the constant burning pain she feels in the balls of her feet (which don't exist). Like McCain, I respect her sacrifice, but someone needs to wake her up to what it means to be a true patriot.

I disagree with her position on guns. I can totally be quiet, let her speak and ponder her opinion even though I disagree, she has my utmost respect.
