There's one thing wrong with this story.
"The suspect in this investigation was released from prison in 2009, after serving a reduced sentence for similar violent crimes.”
Why? The guy has a rap sheet a mile long. He should stay in prison until his sentence is up.
At least the pizza delivery man made sure he won't commit any more violent crimes.

Park then obtained the firearm he carries in his vehicle and defended himself by firing once toward Kelly. Kelly was struck and pronounced dead at the scene.
Shot placement FTW!
Curious how he got to the car..I hope there is video somewhere.

....a lengthy violent criminal history that includes armed robbery, aggravated battery and false imprisonment.
And why was he not killed during the first armed robbery? Political Morons and not enough Citizens carrying Arms.

I am unable to provide the link to a different account of this robbery,
but it said that the BG had been given a 10 year sentence for 3 armed robberies,
but was out in 8.
The Domino's driver was a former LEO for either Melbourne, or West Melbourne, FL PD.
This would indicate that his mindset regarding quick armed response was well-developed through LEO experience.
There was no statement about the firearm which the GG used. Anyone know?
