I am getting ready to close on a new home. The mailing address is Houston, TX 77089 but the physical address is Pearland, TX 77581. What address do I list on my CHL and TX DL?? Yes, I know this is crazy but that that's they way this neighborhood is set up.

Use the Physical Mailing address. It's the only address you have!

Does the "mailing address" get mail delivered to the property? Or to some other location?
I'd say if the mailing address goes to the property, that is the address you use.

it must be the physical address not a PO Box or drop box or any of the like things that are used by the postal service. even if your mail goes to a rural drop box you still must use the physical address then you have a place for a separate mailing address

I'm in the same situation. I live in Dallas, but my neighborhood is served by the Grand Prairie post office, so the mailing address of the house is Grand Prairie. I have the GP address on my DL and CHL.

Yes, mail comes to the house at the Houston, 77089. I guess I will go with that.

I did my address change online $25.00. Ouch!! I got my updated CHL in less than a week. Still waiting on my update DL.
