Does any one know where to find?
what the class wil be for instructors That a Tx CHL instructors,ro teach the class
Abd what it entales
Where to read about it
or has it even been formulated..

Huh?
If you mean the class for renewal for your Instructor Certificaiton, the list has not been put out yet.

DPS has to design that course. I suspect it will be around 40 hours in Austin. The course for school employees is supposed to be about 15 hours, I think. DPS may have more information about it when they hold the renewal classes for instructors.
