Good work. If you are working with tolerances within a thousandth of an inch, you're a more patient and more accurate man than I am! I have the same gun, and love it. No trigger jobs for me though.

So, to check my understanding. The radius cut is used to make a rolling trigger - i.e., rotation of the sear is at a fixed distance to the hammer hooks until rotation brings the hooks to the primary/relief cut interface ???? (Not certain I said that right)

thanks for the info, Andy.
In the past, I've used matching Chip McCormick hammer/sear part and have had good results without having to stone the parts, but
my next build will have mostly STI internals, so I may look at this jig.
