I live in the Houston are and am starting down the road of obtaining my CHL... Anyway, I've done my research and I've shot many handguns in my time and I've chosen the Walther P99 as my carry weapon. I am interested in a new or like new post 2004 P99, although I am mainly interested in 2005 and on models since they have the latest redesigns such as the newer slide and elongated magazine release. I'm also open on the various models of the P99 although since I have large hands I am not interested in the compact models.

I prefer a local seller but may entertain offers from other TX cities and dealers are not out of the question. Thanks in advance.

FYI - about 3 weeks ago, there was on at Bass Pro Shop in Katy. Of course, they charge about $50 too much. But, thought it might help ya!

Gander Mountain had one a while back on 290, and Collector's has them (but they are not cheap), if U want a new one. Or, contact Texas Armadillo for his :)

Bump... I'm still looking for one. Real life put my purchase on hold as I have been traveling a lot the past few months and haven't even had time to think about it, but I am looking to purchase one this week. If I don't find one I'll hit up Gander Mountain in Sugarland later this week and just bite the bullet and purchase from them.
