Today I had jury duty downtown Houston.
In the jury assembly area, they have open wi-fi.
So I connected, and then tried to log on to this forum, but .....

Set up a VPN on it and connect to the VPN first.

You can also use google translate as a proxy.

Didn't you learn in class that CHL is prohibited in court houses? Duh!

You should see if you can log onto Bloomberg's MAIG site, and/or the Brady bunch (whatever they are called now), and any other anti-2A sites. If you can get to them (which I suspect you can) then some Open Records requests for all information about the decision to use city government resources to suppress one political view point while allowing another.
The fools running the system probably use a commercially produced filtering system, that basically relies on a bunch of minimum wage folks arbitrarily rating millions of websites for their content according some also more-or-less arbitrary categories. Then maybe/possibly some governmental functionary decided which categories to block: "Weapons/violence," "porn" etc.
Essentially they contracted out the decision making on what's allowed on the intranet to the lowest paid people that could be found to do the work.
