Interesting. So the St Louis Police Officers Association uses the terms "entrapment" and "extortion" when Citizens film the violation of Law by those paid to enforce it, no matter the circumstances of the abuse of power. Maybe Law Enforcement shouldn't violate the Law and if it isn't a problem then they have nothing to worry about. Perhaps this will lead to Constitutional Training Courses for Government at all levels on what they should NOT be doing to Citizens.

Reminds me of a hilarious incident I watched on the Cops show a few years back and no idea why.
Officer: If you did nothing wrong why were you running?
Citizen: Because you were chasing me.

Yes it may! I just read one video recorded abuse of power settlement was awarded 10 million dollars. Video cameras have uncovered lots of things and thugs learn hard lessons. I wonder how many innocent families were destroyed between 1950 & 2005 by crooks & liars at all levels.

The problem with some of these guys is that they interject themselves into the situation. If they would just shut their mouth and film have at it. Instead they become a problem hoping for their 30 seconds of youtube fame.

Without even looking at the ad....that is a really stupid idea. Hopefully most LEO's will be professional and not do something stupid, but if you come across one that is less than professional.....well that can have all sorts of consequences. This falls under the category don't start none and there won't be none.

Ethically it seems a lot like speed traps but if somebody behaves they won't get caught by either.
