So can I carry at church? They have no signs posted. PC §46.035 is kind of confusing. Any help would be appreciated. Someone break Down this leal mumbo jumbo.

What he said. AKA yes absent the normal rules for 30-06 or verbal notification.
However if your church has a school (not sunday school-traditional school) thats more of an issue and one for another thread.

There is no school attached.

If you have the 2011-2012 Handgun Book, turn to page 39 look down towards the bottom and there will be a double line, I believe (i)....don't have the book in front of me, but I call this the Holy Grail in my classes.

It says : Subsections b4 , b5 b6, and c do not apply if the actor was not given effective notice under 30.06. In other words they have to post a sign. Don't ask, because then they can give you verbal notice.

You can not only carry in church, but several of us here either preach from the pulpit or lead worship while armed.

Carry away. One thing to be careful about though is avoiding any participation in any role at the church designated as security. Technically a violation of state code and the "professionals" don't like you dipping into their side jobs.
