Wild shoot out in CA. Wild police chase with 2 hostages in trunk (they didn't know it until it popped open), suspect shooting at people while being chased. Waiting on more info from friends that work there, but it looks like they took care of business :fire Ridgecrest is a small desert community in the high desert next to China Lake, a Navy base. This is my "home town" and I have friends that work for these agencies involved.

This part is scary....
Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood says the suspect called Ridgecrest police early Friday and said he wanted to come to the department and shoot officers but because police had too many guns he would wreak havoc elsewhere.

Looks like this drug dealing career felon finally received some Justice and he won't be clogging up the system wasting tax payers money.

"According to Kern County records, Munoz is a convicted felon with a criminal record dating to at least 1999. He had been charged 21 times and served two years in prison for receiving stolen property"

Wacko was out on bail....

They will let him out on parole in a couple years, from experience the California judicial system is a joke. They just want to charge people the 10s of thousands of $$$$ in court fees, and then be done with them. It costs money to jail people, prosecuting them earns you money.

Would be different if he had a clean record and got caught with a brand new "high capacity" magazine.
