OIS caught on camera

This one is good. I busted out laughing pretty good listening to the tweeker (meth user) whine that he had been shot :smilelol5:
While walking to the car, Dunfee noticed Hampton trying to hide something. Dunfee then noticed a black object in Hampton's waistband and ordered Hampton to show his hands, according to court records. Hampton refused and reached for the object.

Dunfee drew his pistol and ordered Hampton to show his hands. Hampton began to drive away. Dunfee held onto the driver's window to prevent being run over as the car took off. Dunfee ordered Hampton to stop, but the Chevrolet Malibu continued to accelerate along the highway's shoulder.

Fearing for his life, Dunfee fired two shots at Hampton, striking him in the left arm and left leg.

It also looks like they have good prosecutors :thumbs2:
Because Hampton was a prior and persistent offender, Clay County Prosecutor Daniel White had asked Davis to sentence him to 35 years in prison.

"Hampton may argue that getting shot was punishment enough," White said during the sentencing. "Getting shot isn't punishment. Getting shot is a consequence of this stupid, dangerous and illegal behavior."

Kind of concerning that this is "funny" to some.

I'm amazed how that officer managed to stay upright, remain uninjured and shoot the suspect. Mind-boggling presence of mind. The guy must have nerves of steel.

How could you not "rlol" the tweeker was a drama queen putting on a show.
"oooooooooh my god you shot me ooooooooooo" then in a calm normal voice "Can I get out of the car now"

OK, so maybe not "funny", but in the end, the good guy was safe, a bad guy was off the streets, and when you look back, sometimes you gotta laugh.

Scary, then sad... But I still laughed.
The situation is not funny, but a whiny tweeker and an unhurt officer? There's some reason to find humor in that. Especially when you know from the article that the guy survived his wounds.

Literally, if he'd gotten to the next corner.
