From the Houston Chronicle: Faulty taillights and a high-speed chase ended with a crash and the suspect shot in the buttocks late Sunday night in Porter.

Wow, did you see the photo of the K9 unit? It would have been better if the K9 had taken the bite out of crime though....

Let that be a lesson. If you steal a travel trailer, make sure the taillights operate.
