Dallas ISD teacher chokes 12 year old student

If they have video that backs up the allegations he is toast.
A Dallas ISD gym teacher was arrested this week after allegedly choking a student at Thomas Edison Middle Learning Center.
Javier Valladarez, 36, was charged with injury to a child with intent to commit bodily injury in the incident that occurred Wednesday. The third-degree felony offense is punishable by a maximum 10 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.

Can't trust teachers these days. Just read an article the other day about one sexually assaulting a student. The principal and superintendent should be fired.

To be honest, I see many 12-16 year old kids running free on the land that I would like to choke out. I suppose the difference is, I refrain from going through with it.

Yep, the principal and superintendent knew about it and are responsible for the actions of a teacher. Wow!

You got that right. This teacher probably feared for his safety and was defending himself after the student made a furtive movement

I guess I was the only one who's first thought was "meh kid probably had it coming for a long long time." I've been around teenagers for too long I think...
