Glad to see Texans excersising their 2nd amendment rights to bear arms. There are quite a few FFL's in the Houston area. :thumbs2:

OUSTON — Federal agents tasked with slowing the flow of guns from Houston to Mexican drug cartels face manpower challenges in one of the nation's most high-volume areas for firearm sales.
The Houston Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1hpfqbb" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) that the Houston area has more than 1,600 licensed firearms dealers. As a result, more people have access to guns in Houston and the surrounding counties than anywhere else in the country, according to the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Can't be that much work. They're turning down LEOs now. Turning down the rest of us should be easy work for them after that.

I read that else where and wonder what the deal is. I guess time will tell.

My heart bleeds for the ATF (not).

There is no "flow" to "stem." The cartels are not getting their full-auto AKs from us. The few guns that do get sent down from us are usually stolen from their rightful owners. And then there's the largest single American supplier of weapons to the cartels - Fast and Felonious ATF directors.

Cry me a river and play me a dirge on the world's smallest violin. I couldn't care less if they think they're overworked and undermanned.
