See what happens when a truck carrying Oxygen bottles crashes. Not too bright of people around.

Can't see the video from work. Having worked in oxygen plants and seen what happens when compressors operating at 1,200 psig have an ignition, I can honestly say that a healthy respect for pure oxygen is a good thing.

Oxygen does not burn, and orange is not the international standard for oxygen bottles. That truck was loaded with acetylene.

BTW, if you watch carefully you can see the driver get out of the truck and fall to the ground, and then get up and run away. What appears to be a passenger comes out the other side and falls to the ground, and never moves again.

Good catch on the acetylene jimlongley.

Pure oxygen causes things to burn more rapidly than in air.

Similar results to the previous video.
