Boston man arrested 4th time for guns - No prison yet.

Massachusetts is well known as an "anti" state. Mass. law states that if you get caught with
a gun, you get a mandatory one year prison sentence.
When I lived there, I always felt bad for 18 wheeler drivers from 2A-friendly states who would be
passing through, caught for speeding, then arrested for having their handgun with them. Very unfair
to hard-driving men just making a living on the road.
Well, look at the strange case in the link above. Here's a gangbanger in the 'hood in Boston, caught
with a .357 on him that he should not have. It was his 4th arrest for illegal carrying, yet he's still
not in prison yet. What gives?
You all know the answer: When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.
