AR15 Complete Lower Houston

I have a lower I put together with parts sitting in my closet.
It has the following parts
Tacitcal Machining forged lower
WOA LPK
JP yellow spring
ALG QMS trigger
RRA grip
Magpul trigger guard
Magpul ACS
Selling price $325. I can replace the ALG trigger with the following for extra $
CMC 3.5lb flat trigger
Geissele SSA or G2S

I'm interested. Does it come with a buffer? Commercial or mil-spec?
And I can't quite tell, is the castle nut staked?

I don't stake my nuts..... I can stake it if needed. It's mil-spec
