Long delayed Palmer vs. DC decision issued

We win! D.C.'s gun carry ban is overturned both as to residents and visitors! Unlike the IL case, the Court didn't appear to stay its decision to give D.C. time to pass a license statute. In theory, both open and concealed carry appear to be legal. Any OC activists want to take a road trip (not me, just them; I'll watch from here).
