Yea, I hope he gets charged for that, maybe it will calm him down before someone else is killed.

Society wins this time. The mindset of the criminals brother is disturbing. He believes his "violent armed attacking criminal brother" was "wronged" for not being successful with his endeavor.
Evil humans have existed since the beginning of man. Some people get it. Many people will never get it until the last few seconds of their 'delusional perfect world" is shattered by an Evil act.
Evil has the upper hand. We don't know who or when.
