I have its cousin, the P229R in 9mm, and it is truely an absolute joy to shoot!
For that price, it is a steal, and should sell quickly. Best of luck!

what's the difference between the 226 and the 229.
and does the R stand for "rail" as in tactical rail?

I believe the 229 is about an inch or so shorter. Yes the R means rail.
