NRA Blended Learning Courses

As many already know, the NRA is going to "Blended Learning Courses". Basically, students will take all classroom learning on their personal computers on their own and the Instructors will only perform the practical portions of the class.
While on the surface and paper this looks like a good idea, I believe many Instructors will just give up doing NRA Basic Pistol and Rifle courses. We'll find out in the near future, but I would really prefer to have the students in my classroom as a group during the whole course.
I may be wrong and it turn out to be a wonderful thing.
Anyone else care to share an opinion or thoughts?
