Out-of-State Applicants

I've had O-O-S applicants before, but never had been asked "what address should I use ?" Working in Texas, but out-of-State permanent address.

They must use the address for their permanent residence in the other state.

They are also going to need to provide color copies of the front and back of their out of state drivers license, so the address on the application better match the address of their driver license.
