Gentlemen-
I would like to introduce my son, Case. Case was born on Christmas Eve, truly a gift from God, and is very premature. He was born at 25 weeks and will be in the NICU. Until May or June. At birth he weighed 1# 7oz and has improved to almost 2# 10oz. We still have a long road to go but overall he's doing good.

We will happily bring Case's "case" before the Lord. Congratulations on his birth. Quite a little miracle, isn't he?

Praying for Case and your family. Out 22 year old son was born at 30 weeks and weight just over 5 lbs. Neonatal staff are some of the best in medicine!

Gari we will be praying for Case. Our 9 month old grandson Jase was premature and spent almost three months in NICU at a Children's in Dallas. We understand completely and will pray daily.

Gentlemen-
First and foremost, thank you for the kind words and prayers. I am very happy to report they have been able to remove his arterial line, PICC line, and have been able to ween down on his ventilator settings. He is gaining weight and grown over three inches since birth. It's still looking like May/June before he will be able to come home. For those with "NICU experience" it's truly a day to day ordeal.
The next step is to move him over to CPAP, and hopefully we will be able to try that next week.
Carlson1- Case is at THR Presbyterian Plano.
Thank you all, Gari Sansing

That is all good news. We will continue to pray for Case and the family. NICU is a miracle working place, but can still take a toll on families.
