Summary of bills anywhere???

Is there somewhere where you can read a summary of what all these bills are about? All I can find is little one-line descriptions starting with, "Relating to...."
I know what SB17 is, but I'm lost on all these others, e.g. HB 413, 422, 695, 805, 308 and SB 311 and 348....

The best and most authoritative place I've found is at the Texas Firearms Coalition website. Charles posts just about daily there.

is a site to search all the bills by name or topic or just about any way to find a bill.
i use it and set alerts on other bills i am tracking
