FS: New Ruger 10/22 Takedown Tactical - Houston

Time to thin out the herd in preparation for moving.
I have for sale a new, unfired Ruger 10/22 Takedown Tactical that I acquired in a trade. Being the tactical version, it comes with a threaded barrel and a flash suppressor.
In addition to the 10 round rotary mag, it also has four 25 round Ruger BX-25 mags. I'm asking $425 for the package (not including the ammo in the picture).
I prefer FTF to a fellow CHL holder.
