New to CHL

I submitted all forms on March 4. No luck calling (they now just disconnect if there is heavy usage), no email response other than confirmation of receipt and nothing on the website. I did finally just call and hit zero twice and got a live person (Becky) who looked it up for me in 10 seconds!
I am apparently waiting on a background check and I should be good to go.
