The pastor was placing small flags in the front yard of his church for Memorial Day when a car driving by slowed and fired seven times at him hitting him twice.

CT does issue CC permits, although, they are a "may issue" state. The chances of this pastor being armed are probably pretty slim and I have no idea if they are as stingy as NY is with theirs.

Looks like the pastor will survive. I hope they catch the scum that did this.
