910 and Restraint Holsters

In reviewing the bill as it came out of committee, it is obvious that we will be required to teach restraint holsters. However, what I cannot find in the wording of the bill is any requirement that one must actually use a restraint holster to open carry. Did I miss it?

Nope. Not a requirement to use one.

I think it means how to retain control of your weapon and not have it taken from you.

Retention.
Use is recommended but not required.
