called DPS this AM talked to a nice gentleman said my app. Had been processed everything looked good something had popped up and as soon as that clear plastic would be sent. It has been 4 weeks of waiting I hope this does not slow it down. I was arrested about 40 years ago but charges was dropped was told I would had have no arrest record. I was very young and dumb.

I think we can all say that Nano-gal(young & dumb). Keep checking on the DPS website. When you see where there's an option for change of address you'll know that you've been approved and you will be getting the CHL in a few days.
