CHL-8 Form Submittal via DPS Contacts Page

Anyone else having an issue submitting CHL-8s today? I've tried several times. When I hit submit the page bounces to another page (too quick to read) then back to the submittable form page again. Never get the normal "thank you" acknowledgement page.
