I'm looking for clarification on 411.1901. It looks like there's a school safety certification through the DPS? Is this a part of the new instructors course or something else entirely? Thanks!

They are still developing that.
First, DPS has to design/write a curriculum.
Second, they have to decide which instructors can teach said course.
Third, they have schedule and invite those instructors to an instructor development course so they can go back and teach the teacers.
