Confused.

So I applied end in June. Took my classroom and qualifying passed both. Submitted all ppwk and was waiting. Then realized I have a disqualifying charge of agg assault felony that I got 5 years deferred adjudication for. That was completed in Oct 2014. So I have been patiently waiting for my rejection letter. Instead I get this with the above mentioned charge listed and another arrest that was for "assault" which was my ex husband and my neighbors calling the cops bc we argued and when I walked passed him I shoved his arm to get by. It was brought down to a disorderly conduct misdemeanor ticket. Few hours in jail then bailed out. Now they are asking for add ppwk on that ( I didn't add it bc I forgot about it.) Wouldn't my other charge already have booted the application all together? Or do they have to wait for all ppwk to send a denied application status?
Thanks in advance.

When there are charges or convictions against you they send the application to a technician to review. I would assume they were wanting all paperwork on the disposition for the listed convictions before forwarding the application for review. However, it will not really matter due to the domestic violence charge against family deferred adjudication being a total disqualifier.
What you might do is call the DPS CHL licensing division and ask them about the request and see what they say about the need for the disposition, or you since you know you will be denied you can just ignore it and when they don't get the paperwork back within 60 days the application will be automatically denied.
