10/22 for sale bull barrel, scope $400 price drop

made in 1992 so its all steel not like the newer plastic trigger guard jobs. ruger 10/22, black receiver, 16in stainless .920 fluted green mountain bull barrel, BARSKA 6-24x42 AO Varmint Mil-Dot Riflescope. maybe 20 rds through the barrel, maybe 200 on the rifle. stock i cut, bored out (to fit the .920) and stained myself. will include 1 ruger 10 rd. mag i suck at the internet so text me for pics if interested. 817-946-1352---paul

Don't really have enough info (without doing some digging) to know if your price is reasonable or not. Even without pics, it would be helpful if you listed the fair market price of the major components/upgrades that you have added. Having this type of info readily available might help people decide. You might have more luck selling the aftermarket components separately... my 10/22s are the two guns I'll probably NEVER sell because I don't think I've ever seen anyone recoup the money they have in them, no matter what parts are included. Maybe it's a curse

I think you may be correct. it wouldn't hurt my feelings to sell the barrel, stock, and optics separate. perhaps I will delete this one and make a new post.

I have a couple 10/22s and love them
Im open to adding accurized 10/22s to the collection
The issue may be that you have provided no pictures, limited description and based on the prices are expecting more than new price for used gun.
Even if the gun is lightly used, why would someone buy the barrel from you for the same price they can buy it from the Manufacturer ?
to save sales tax ? Perhaps I read this too quickly and missed something
then there is the question : if after all these upgrades - if it shoots good why are you selling ?

agreed on all counts 92f! im not smart enough to attach pics, i can however text them. Also, it is certainly OBO. i just posted up the prices to give an idea as to what these costs new, i obv. wasnt clear that wasnt what i wanted per piece, but merely what i paid. im selling just because i never shoot it, i have 2 other 10/22 and my fav. is another old stainless with wood stock and a cheap red dot.
