One of my students informed me that she has not received her CHL. We went to the TXDPS website and her status shows nothing other than that she can apply to become a CHL instructor.

I am assuming she has been issued a chl, just not received it yet.......? Everyone else in the class has received theirs. The class was in June. Anyone else experienced this? I have asked her to call them and let me know what they tell her.

That status message only indicates that she has an active CHL application in the system. If she completed her application, and submitted all documents to DPS more than 60 days ago, she should contact them by phone or email to find out why she has not received her license.
