I tell the truth on the application about a voluntary medical condition, that DPS most likely would not have found and now my file is sent to the medical board for review.

Always bette rto tell the truth aboutmedical conditions on something that comes with the pains and perils(or whatever it is) of purjury.

I went to renew my pilot's license (medical) 2 months ago and could have lied about a new medical condition I have been diagnosed with, but when I weighed Felony Purjury and time in the federal pen since it was the FAA and not being able to fly anymore, I told the truth. It is a dream killed, but at least I can still take care of my son here on the ground.

I am still waiting on an administrative hearing to try to get my medical back.
