Had anybody else dealt with this? I submit toe
My CHL app and fingerprints two weeks ago and haven't gotten an email confirmation yet. I called dps today and they said that yes they have everything they need from me they just haven't had time to send me an email. Do you receive an email when it is sent to printing and shipping? I am kind of at a stand still with all of this because a friend of mine submitted his same day and has Gotten a confirmation email and then got one today saying it's being sent to printing. This is terrible.....

Plan for 60 days and when its early, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Lots of folks getting them sooner, lots of folks not. There's no reason, rhyme or circumstance as to how fast they process and there's nothing you can do to make it any faster.

They say 60, but most of the time, unless you have something of curiousity in your background, expect 30 -40 days.

They told me all was good and they said I checked out so I guess it's just gonna take a while. While I carry in my truck and at home I'd like to carry else where lol

Tuesday. I just wanted to see what the average waiting time was. I'm a little excited lol

I'm right there with you. Feeling excited and like a kid waiting for Christmas.

Submitted all my stuff on 9/14. Been checking the mail every day this week hoping. (I had heard the turn around time was down to about 3 weeks) but after calling yesterday I know it's still being processed. I was kind of hoping they'd tell me it was in the mail. Oh well. Back to waiting.

I'm with ya man. I'm coming up on the 30 day mark. I considering starting to stalk my mailman.

I did my fingerprints on Saturday Oct. 3

Called the RSD today and they said that they received the fingerprints yesterday. That is the last of my documents. So now I wait... and wait. One thing about the wait, is that it gives me time to find a belt and holster that work for me and whatever else I may need... personal defense ammo, maybe another gun... maybe another range trip or two.

By the time the LTC arrives, I should be good and ready.

There you go. I just got a shipping notice for my holster this morning and ordered a belt last night. Holster should be here end of week, and hopefully Whitehat isn't too backed up that I can pick up my belt soon too. Good luck in the holster hunt.
