Paper Instructor Renewal 2015

To those of you who have given up

on the DPS website and have submitted a paper application for instructor renewal, did you
1) have the affidavits notarized?
2) snail mail actual paper forms or upload them via the DPS website?

You shouldn't upload documents if you're paying by mail. You have to mail in all the forms with a check or money order.

well crude as usual the State's page doesnt work. where are the paper forms located to renew my Instructor cert...

just talked to CHL on the phone and i was told the website will be back up Fri (23 Oct) so i have my paper forms ready to go and will send them for sure friday or sat if the website is not back up and running correctly

It would be astoundingly simple for DPS to put that little tidbit on the login page of the website.
